Jetting To Success
Avoiding imperfections caused by microbubbles is crucial to improving your jetting performance. The most common causes of microbubbles are atmospheric air and dissolved gases present in the nozzle channel. When inkjet print heads contain microbubbles, they can misfire, resulting in defects in the printed material and affecting printing speed and quality.
Digital inkjet printing relies on degassing modules or techniques to remove microbubbles from ink. Degassing increases production uptime, improves ink ejection, and enhances print quality.
Enhanced digital print quality and output with inkjet degas filters
The UltiFuzor™ modules effectively expel gas bubbles from your ink stream based on a unique three-layer hollow fiber technology. Suitable across a wide range of industrial jet printers, these modules enable high degas efficiency, improved printer quality and can be applied to pigmented, dye-based, solvent-based, and UV curable inks.
Additional benefits include:
- Enhanced printing repeatability and consistency at a lowered operational expense
- Elimination of harmful gases which can deteriorate image quality and manufacturing repeatability
- High fiber packing density allows for higher flow rates while still maintaining excellent dissolved gas levels.
